Trigr Technologies Inc. (“Trigr”, “we”, “us”) operates gotrigr.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Trigr Revenue Intelligence platform.
By using Trigr, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. This is used to identify your account and communicate with you.
Gmail Data (only when you connect Gmail)
- Email thread metadata for revenue intelligence analysis
- Contact names and email addresses from your business threads
- Thread timestamps and response patterns
We NEVER read personal emails. We ONLY analyze business email threads you initiate or participate in for sales and revenue purposes. Gmail access is entirely optional.
Usage Data
We collect information about pages visited, features used, and interactions with the platform to improve the service.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. Trigr never stores your credit card numbers or payment details.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide revenue intelligence features and buying signal detection
- To identify deals at risk in your connected inbox
- To extract promises and commitments from email threads
- To generate AI-powered insights about your prospects
- To send product updates and important account notifications
We NEVER sell your data. We NEVER share your Gmail data with third parties. Your data is used exclusively to power the features you see in Trigr.
4. Gmail Data Usage
When you connect Gmail, Trigr requests read access to analyze your business email threads for revenue intelligence. This integration is governed by Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We use Gmail data exclusively to:
- Identify deals at risk based on thread activity and sentiment
- Extract commitments and promises made in email threads
- Monitor response times and engagement patterns
- Generate revenue insights and recommended actions
We do not:
- Read or analyze personal emails unrelated to business activity
- Store email content permanently (analysis is performed in real time)
- Share email data with any third party
- Use Gmail data to train AI models
- Transfer Gmail data for any purpose other than the features described above
You can disconnect Gmail at any time from Settings → Integrations. Upon disconnection, all Gmail tokens are immediately deleted.
5. Data Security
- All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3
- All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256
- SOC 2 Type II compliance in progress
- Regular third-party security audits
- OAuth tokens stored with row-level security in Supabase
- Access limited to authenticated workspace members only
6. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained until you delete your account
- Gmail tokens: Deleted immediately when you disconnect Gmail
- Signal data: Retained for 12 months, then automatically purged
- Billing records: Retained for 7 years as required by law
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access all data Trigr holds about you at any time
- Export your data via Settings → Data Export
- Delete your account and all associated data permanently
- Disconnect Gmail and revoke all email access instantly
- Opt out of non-essential communications
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information
GDPR users in the EU/EEA may additionally exercise rights of restriction and portability. To make a request, email media@gotrigr.com.
8. Third-Party Services
Trigr integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Anthropic / OpenAI — AI analysis (data is not used for training)
- Google — Gmail integration (governed by Google API Services User Data Policy)

10. Changes to This Policy
